Pagi ini saya menerima sebuah email dengan subjek seperti diatas. Isinya adalah sbb:

Am in a hurry writing you this mail, I want to seek your help on something very important and  you are the only one I can reach at this time and I  expect you come to my aid because something extremely dreadful is happening to me now, I need a favor from you, I had a trip to UK(Manchester) for a research program at the University Of Manchester.
Unfortunately for me the hotel i booked in was attacked by robbers and they made away with my money, passport, traveling documents and dairy,and ever since then I have been without any money.I am so confused right now because i don’t know what to do or where to go.I didn’t bring my phone here and the hotel lines were disconnected during the robbery incident.I have access to only emails now.Please can you loan me £2,000 today so i can return home.I will have your money reimbursed on my return.Please i need you to get back to me so that i can let you know how to send the money to me.

Sekilas kita akan prihatin dan akan mau membantu, apalagi sahabat dekat. Namun, beberapa waktu yang lalu, saya juga pernah mendapatkan email yang seperti ini, dan ternyata adalah bohongan.

Benar saja, beberapa jam kemudian, saya ditelepon oleh Bang Jannersn Girsang, dan mengatakan bahwa accountnya di yahoo tidak bisa lagi dibuka. Artinya sudah diambil alih orang lain.

Nah, mengapa hal seperti ini dapat terjadi? Hati-hati kalau mau meregistrasi atau mendaftarkan diri ke web yang belum jelas kredibilitasnya. Apabila web tersebut menanyakan alamat email dan password, JANGAN pernah berikan password yang sama dengan password email Anda. Selain itu mengganti password secara periodik, merupakan hal yang sangat dianjurkan.

Mudah-mudahan bisa membantu kita semua.

Javascript running in Internet Explorer, not run on Mozilla Firefox

Recently I had a little experience makes me tired. Why not, more than 2 days I have not got javascript error in my web program

 In ASP.Net, I use a script, which calculates the number of characters from a text box. After the run, the program can work well, both on IE and Mozilla.

With the same script and the same goals, I also created a web page, but this time with PHP. I am testing the program with IE, and no problems. But after a try with Mozilla, the script does not go. Surprised and dizziness. What happened? With the same script, built with PHP can not work, but if made with ASP.NET can be, only in Mozilla, IE works well!

Browsing and serching on the internet, there is no solution.

I try to look more carefully at the script, well, thank you Jesus, I get the error on the identification text boxes.

In IE, atrribut name and id well known, and the same function, while in Mozilla Firefox, the name is the name and id is the id.

Consider this example:

java script command:
document.getElementById(‘txtSisa’)

while in the form:
<input type=”text” name=”txtSisa” size=”2″>

With the above conditions, the program can run well on IE, but fails when running on Mozilla. The program should be changed to (html part) :

<input type=”text” id=”txtSisa” size=”2″>

How to Quit (Unreg) of the 6768 service

We’ll upset, when receiving a message that is useless, and cut our credit. Not just once a day, could be up to 2 times.

But I had also surprised because the reply from the service, as I Unreg is: “Sorry this program has ended and the winners can be seen in tab.PULSA edition 165, would be a total dg THR 18jt, type: THR PULSA 6768.tarif send to 500 .! ” This is ridiculous, you know we want to get out of this service, but why so the answers like that? As if stating that we had not made it out. But in fact it worked, so DO NOT be tempted again by the next bid

The conclusion was that each perform REG to premium services, should record or remember what keywords to use.

Life back to normal

After a month of Ramadhan and Idul Fitri is complete, the atmosphere was back to normal.
